Synopsis

After Japan crashes out of the World Cup for lack of a world-class striker, the football union launches Blue Lock, a brutal facility that locks up 300 teenage forwards. Its architect, Jinpachi Ego, rejects teamwork and preaches pure ego: only the player selfish enough to steal every goal deserves to survive. Unknown high-schooler Yoichi Isagi is summoned, and in the opening Tag elimination he collides with the genius dribbler Bachira and the monstrous Barou, forcing him to ask what weapon he truly owns.
