Synopsis

An official Blue Lock spin-off, "Episode Nagi," retelling the facility through the eyes of the prodigy Seishiro Nagi. Awakened to his ego and hungry for more change, Nagi forms a team with Isagi and Barou to clash with his former partner Reo, plus Kunigami and Chigiri. Reo, meanwhile, burns to take revenge on the boy who slipped free of being his "treasure," aiming to fully crack Isagi. In the Second Selection block league, the genius finally throws away his "what a drag" and starts running by his own will—a new arc lighting Nagi and Reo's bond and breakup from a fresh angle.

Nagi faces the team of Reo, Kunigami and Chigiri and is cornered by Reo's obsessive play. But he sheds his identity as a "borrowed genius" who only leans on Isagi's spatial reading, seizing the feeling of breaking a situation open by his own will. After a fierce battle Nagi involves himself in the goal on his own judgment and swings the momentum. A decisive rift opens between him and Reo, yet Nagi feels, for the first time, the heat of wanting to win. His pivot from passive prodigy to active egoist is drawn here, accelerating the story toward the weakness-overcoming arc.
