Synopsis

After the outer-space battle, Okarun’s crew founds a History & Culture Research Club to hunt the remaining golden balls. Their advisor “Sanjome” is a teacher nobody remembers, yet prep rolls on. The class president confides that since picking up a golden ball, Takakura sometimes looks like a handsome vampire—and her back grows too heavy to stand. Volume 15 hatches the next weirdness under a clubroom everyday skin.

With the outer-space fight paused, Momo and Okarun open a History & Culture Research Club to gather intel on the leftover golden balls. Advisor Sanjome exists on no roster and in no memory, yet he seeds the clubroom with wrongness. Mid prep, the class president opens up to Okarun: since she touched a golden ball, Takakura sometimes flashes as a beautiful vampire, and her back turns so heavy she cannot stand. It is not a simple hallucination—the ball is bending both memory and body. The deeper they dig, the tighter her old wound braids with the ball’s trail, and the club sign stops working as camouflage alone. Sanjome’s gaze reads as help and surveillance at once; Okarun is forced to decide who to trust across a clubroom desk. Volume 15 is the pivot that uses post-invasion quiet to stage the next battlefield from golden balls and human pasts.
