Synopsis

High school detective Shinichi Kudo, turned into a child as Conan Edogawa, takes on tough cases in Gosho Aoyama's mystery, volume 53. In the "Blue Storm" arc, Kaito Kid slips through a tight cordon to reach the painting, but Conan reads the timing of his disguises and switches, blocking Kid's moves while exposing the trick used to swap the canvas. In the color stories, the use of light and shadow is the key to each puzzle. In the one-witness case, contradictions in the testimony decide it, and in the nails-and-snake and hammer chapters, traces left on the weapon settle things, as Conan identifies the culprit from a tiny unnatural detail at the scene.
