Synopsis

A galaxy-spanning crisis closes in on Earth. Recruited by the Galactic Patrol, Goku and Vegeta are pulled into the jailbreak of a monstrous sorcerer, Moro, who grows stronger by devouring the very life energy of planets. Against a foe who feeds on worlds, will the fighting they've mastered still be enough? Forced to question what strength truly means, Goku steps toward a new stage of training. Moro's magic strips away his opponents' techniques and power, and by draining planetary energy he reclaims his youth and might. Goku can't yet command Ultra Instinct reliably, and Vegeta slams into his own ceiling. Both are beaten and forced to retreat to Earth. But that defeat becomes the turning point. Vegeta heads to planet Yardrat to learn Forced Spirit Fission and Forethought, while Goku sets out to fully master Ultra Instinct. On separate paths, they begin climbing toward a power that can surpass Moro.
