Synopsis

Dreams and romance take a sharp turn in Volume 14. Now third-years, Hachiken and his friends carry on their sweat-and-mud youth. Ooezo, the place he supposedly only ran away to, has quietly given him so much that matters: a goal in the form of a business, friends who walk beside him, and someone he wants to tell how he feels. Hachiken takes on his first venture, a pizza-sale event, rallying his friends to serve real pizza from a handmade oven — and turns a profit, making his dream of a business a concrete step rather than empty theory. Komaba, away from the north, is finding a new goal beyond the farming he gave up. Mikage tackles the livestock university's recommendation exam, choosing her own path for herself. And the will-they-won't-they distance between Hachiken and Mikage finally sees a real leap forward. In the latter half of their third year, dreams and love move toward the heart of the matter.
