Synopsis

The long war between Qin and Zhao surges into its decisive phase as Wang Jian's army at last makes its move. The captains of the Hi Shin and Gyoku Hou units ignite their soldiers' morale with heartfelt exhortations, and the two units storm forward, overturning their disadvantage. Taking that as the signal, Wang Jian's central army—held carefully in reserve until now—finally advances, bringing the great clash between the two headquarters into view. Meanwhile, the Qin army, long tormented by a severe shortage of provisions, reaches its very last ration, and the new pressure of a race against time bears down on its commanders and soldiers alike. The battle that will decide the realm takes on the shape of its final chapter.

Shin and Wang Ben rouse their units' morale to the limit with all their spirit, achieving a decisive push that drives back the Zhao forces on the right wing. Taking that as his cue, Wang Jian himself moves the central army, and the battle rapidly converges toward a direct confrontation between the supreme commanders and Li Mu. But with its final ration reached, the Qin army has no time left, cornered into a do-or-die situation where it must settle this in one battle or face defeat. Li Mu too weaves his last schemes while eyeing the limits of his own army, and the mind games between the two heroes reach their peak. On the eve of the headquarters clash that will decide the war, the tension is stretched to its highest.
