Synopsis

The fight to the death on the Plain of Zhuhai reaches day fifteen and drives at last toward its final battle. On the hard-pressed right wing, Shin and Ou Hon finally strike down the formidable Chou Ga Ryuu and Gyou Un, prying open the Zhao left. They then beat back the Kinmou army as well, and the Hi Shin Unit at last completes the pincer against Ri Boku's host that Ou Sen has been engineering since the war began. Cornered, Ri Boku sends Den Tei racing ahead in a seemingly reckless bid to punch straight through to Ou Sen's headquarters. Qin presses, Zhao gambles—and the battle lurches into a final phase from which there is no turning back.

On the right wing, Shin and Ou Hon at last cut down Chou Ga Ryuu and Gyou Un, then repel the Kinmou army and break through the Zhao left. With that, the pincer on Ri Boku's host that Ou Sen has plotted since the opening finally closes, and the tide swings sharply in Qin's favor. Cornered, Ri Boku makes a last gamble, sending Den Tei as vanguard in a reckless charge straight at Ou Sen's headquarters. Squeezed from both sides while Ou Sen's camp is targeted, the two commanders' pride collides, and the fate of Zhuhai is handed to a direct confrontation in the next volume. The end of the long allied campaign is clearly within reach.
