Synopsis

After surviving a brutal qualifier, Seirin has finally punched its ticket to the Winter Cup main draw. Hoping to recharge before the tournament, Kuroko and friends visit a hot spring, only to run into Aomine and the rest of Too Academy from the Generation of Miracles. There they learn a shocking truth: Seirin's very first Winter Cup opponent is none other than Too, one of the top contenders. Kuroko and Aomine, once partners, will meet again on the court as enemies. The real battle for the top of the nation is about to begin.

Seirin's first opponent is Too Academy, led by Aomine. Once the game starts, Aomine's formless shots and overwhelming individual power, one foot already in the Zone, throw Seirin off balance from the outset. Kuroko unleashes his vanishing drive and new tricks to stop Aomine, but his former partner reads through them all. Even so, Kagami collides with Aomine head-on and slowly claws his way in. How far can the light-and-shadow duo of Kuroko and Kagami push against the wall named Aomine? Seirin's all-out battle builds toward its peak in the next volume.
