Volume 115 centers on King Harald’s path. A father who tried to open Elbaf through diplomacy and reform, and Loki in chains—their rupture is drawn against the world after God Valley. The bargains Harald struck with the World Government, the price of sending giant soldiers to foreign wars, and the crime pinned on Loki the night the king vanished—“patricide”—are rebuilt from survivors’ memories and mural records. In present-day Elbaf the Knights of God’s powers warp the battlefield; while giant warriors strain, Monkey D. Luffy forces the line open in Gear 5 as Zoro and Sanji split off to free hostages. Nami and Usopp shield the children; Robin reaches for forbidden texts from Harald’s reign. Loki’s last words and the blank Shanks left behind lock together, and the Straw Hats’ counterstrike shifts from rescue to a war to take the country back.
