Synopsis

To retake their friend Robin, Luffy's crew storms the judicial island of Enies Lobby. But they face a staggering force woven from the Marines and the assassination unit CP9. In his fight with Blueno, Luffy pushes his body further, laying the groundwork toward the new techniques Gear Second and Gear Third. The crew closes in on Robin, held captive in the Tower of Justice, and at last reaches her. There Robin finally cries out her true feelings — "I want to live!" As a declaration of war on the World Government, the crew burns down the government flag, and the all-out war erupts in earnest. The Straw Hats' resolve to defy the entire world for a friend is rendered in its most vivid form.
