On the way home, Tadokoro Megumi tells him about Totsuki's grand festival, the Moon Banquet Festival, and Soma instantly senses it as the perfect chance to prove himself and sink his claws head-on into the upper ranks. The path to the summit takes concrete shape as the story surges into a new arc.
