Synopsis

Volume 12 of Ken Wakui's time-leaping thriller drives the Christmas Showdown to its climax. Takemichi throws himself into the full battle to crush Black Dragon, but Kisaki's betrayal leaves Hakkai and Yuzuha cornered. Mitsuya steps up to fight Taiju in their place, only to be blindsided by Black Dragon's number two, Seishu Inui. Mitsuya is beaten by Inui, and a battered Takemichi plants himself in front of Taiju. No matter how many times he's knocked down, Takemichi keeps standing back up, and his refusal to quit finally moves the broken-down Hakkai. Just as a knockout blow seems out of reach, Mikey arrives and drops Taiju with a single overwhelming kick. Black Dragon is crushed and Hakkai is saved from becoming a killer. The mission to change Hina's fate looks complete, yet Kisaki vanishes and his true aim stays buried in shadow, seeding new unease behind the victory.
