Synopsis

Rumiko Takahashi's sci-fi rom-com reaches Volume 22. The instant Ataru swarms a new cutie, Lum's lightning comes down without mercy, yet when monsters or aliens attack him she dives in first, crying all the way. The highlights here spin Cherry's ominous prophecy into a town-wide catastrophe and mine the misunderstandings between Lum and Ataru over the ever-hungry Rei. Mendou's ludicrous wealth only makes everything worse until nothing can be contained. As always it crash-lands back into daily life, Ataru already scoping out the next girl while Lum sighs the whole thing shut.
