Synopsis

"Let me have one more round." With those words from Kabeya, the finals of the inter-school solo dance battle between Ihori (Kabo) and Kabeya spill into overtime. The song that crowns the fierce duel is the pair's all-time favorite. Pulling out the best moves of the day, the two dance together as if remembering the carefree days before they drifted apart. And then the moment of decision arrives. Meanwhile, moved by the strength of Wanda's wish to make dance her career, Kabo reflects on her past. It is spring, before enrollment at Ichirin High, and Wanda Hana's untold history is finally revealed.

The overtime round becomes a supreme moment in which both pour out everything, ending in a resolution that transcends victory and defeat as they fully acknowledge each other. Through dance, Kabeya and Kabo become true rivals and true friends. The story then travels back to Wanda's past, portraying the loneliness and passion at the root of why she stakes her whole life on dance. The weakness she showed no one, and the reason she kept dancing anyway, come to light, making it clearer than ever why Kabo is drawn to her. The two learn that dance is not about winning or losing, but a way of living itself.
