Synopsis

Phantom Lord's Master Jose was after Lucy herself — the runaway heiress of the wealthy Heartfilia family. Hired by her father to drag her home, the S-Class Element 4 and the Iron Dragon Slayer Gajeel make their move. Enraged, Makarov storms Phantom's headquarters alone, but the enemy's magic-draining device Abyss Break strips his power to nothing, leaving him a shriveled old man forced to retreat. With their master fallen, Natsu and the others must fall back, and the entire guild is driven to the brink.
