Synopsis

GANTZ Volume 28 charts the aftermath of the Italy showdown and a new phase of the war. Having survived the devastating clash with the Oni, Kei Kurono realizes through coordination with GANTZ teams worldwide that the alien invasion is now global in scale. Relationships with the remaining Japanese members and returning powerful enemies begin to shift, and Kurono steadies his resolve to fight for the comrades he lost. With his feelings for Kato and the presence of Tae anchoring his heart, the gears of humanity's counterattack quietly begin to turn.
