Synopsis

The Spring Tournament quarterfinal pits Karasuno against Kamomedai. Two small aces who dream of the top, Shoyo Hinata and Korai Hoshiumi, trade sparks across the net from the very first rally. Kamomedai smothers Hinata with a sophisticated, coordinated block anchored by Sachiro Hirugami, while Karasuno counters with Kei Tsukishima's cool-headed reads to shut down Hoshiumi. Strengths and weaknesses collide with neither side yielding, and the match erupts into a fierce back-and-forth. This is the quiet, blazing start of a battle fought on pure pride.
