Synopsis

A bolt from the blue strikes the deadlocked Black Sheep Hill. Kanki confronts the Zhao general Kisui with a cruel choice between honor and conviction. As every Zhao commander reels, what will Kisui decide? The unpredictable war of schemes reaches its resolution at last, closing the long battle of Black Sheep. In the shadows, one who has watched it all draws near. The stage then shifts to Kanyou, where a shocking figure who throws the capital into uproar comes to visit the Qin king Ei Sei. A turning point where the fate of all under heaven begins to move.

Kanki tries to break Kisui's heart by holding captive Zhao soldiers hostage, but Kisui chooses to act even at the cost of his own pride to protect the people and troops. That very opening is Kanki's aim, and with one merciless move Black Sheep ends in a Qin victory. The Hi Shin Unit wins great merit, and Shin steps closer to becoming a great general. Watching everything from behind the war is Riboku, who begins to wary of the anomaly named Kanki. In Kanyou, Seikyou appears before Ei Sei with an astonishing proposal. The possibility of the two former enemies joining hands arises, opening a new political phase that will shape Qin's future.
