Synopsis

In the gambling town of Tanzaku, Tsunade reunites with her former teammate Orochimaru. If she heals the arms sealed away by the Reaper Death Seal, he promises to bring back her dead little brother and her lost love—a devil's bargain. Tsunade is briefly tempted by Orochimaru's promise to revive her brother Nawaki and her love Dan Kato. But watching Naruto rise so earnestly toward his dream of becoming Hokage, she sees the dreams of the two she lost. Naruto struggles to master the Rasengan in training, and Tsunade stakes her precious necklace on the wager. When the promised week ends, she tries to betray and poison Orochimaru but is seen through, plunging Tanzaku into a massive clash involving all three Sannin. Kabuto joins the fight, and Tsunade must confront her paralyzing fear of blood.
