Synopsis

During class Ruri suddenly discharges electricity, and a brand-new dragon trait awakens inside her. Unsettled by a power she cannot control, she fumbles her way toward learning to live with it. Ruri's new ability is an electric discharge trait that erupts when her emotions surge, dragging everyone around her into the chaos. Through trial and error she slowly finds a thread of control. While most classmates accept her, a few grow afraid and openly avoid her, giving Ruri her first taste of rejection. Even so, Yuka and her other friends stay firmly by her side. Her mother shares fragments about her dragon father, and Ruri quietly deepens her curiosity about her own roots. Caught between the special and the ordinary, her heart grows steadily stronger.
