Following it, they reach the Takahara Academy site in Ibaraki, where Kiruko steps into the Reconstruction Ministry and finally comes face to face with someone she has searched for across the whole journey. Meanwhile, inside the walled Heaven, the isolated Tokio safely gives birth, unaware that the principal is quietly setting a plan for brain transplantation in motion. Two threads run in parallel as the true shape of this world slowly comes into focus.
