Sinopsis
Ha pasado el tiempo desde la muerte de L, y Light — que ahora dirige la unidad de investigación como el segundo L — construye poco a poco el mundo que imagina. Pero surgen dos sucesores que continúan la voluntad de L: el frío y analítico Near y el temerario Mello, y comienza una nueva lucha por la Death Note.
