Ryotsu schemes up food stalls and new ventures riding on seasonal events, banking on Nakagawa's deep pockets to keep inflating the scale. Early on, crowds swarm in and business booms, but his greed spreads him too thin, and equipment breakdowns plus neighborhood complaints send it all crashing down. Chief Ohara rushes over to chew him out, leaving only cleanup debts behind. Even so, seeing the townsfolk who enjoyed the festival smiling, Ryotsu contentedly starts hunting for his next gimmick, closing on the usual satisfying punchline.
